Start With the Basics
Say what you noticed and add a photo or two if you can. We call back with a starting figure or a time to come and look.
What Happens After You Send It
We read what you sent and call back. If it is a sweep, a Level 1 inspection or a cap, we can usually give you the figure on that call. If it is a repair, we book a visit to look first, then hand you a written estimate with each item priced on its own line and marked urgent, plan for this year, or watch. Photos of the top of the chimney, the firebox and any stain help us bring the right ladder and often let us give a rough range before we arrive. Selling the house or dealing with an insurance claim? Say so, and the write-up will be laid out for that.
